Oneroa Beach, famed for its golden sands and safe family friendly waters. Beach is a quality 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home set back off a short lane in an elevated private position with sweeping Northern views over Oneroa Bay and beyond.
Beside the house a short path leads up to Oneroa town centre just 50m away – the main shopping centre on Waiheke Island – with numerous café/bar/restaurants and a wide variety of shops, plus banks, post office etc. From there good bus services lead all over the island and a myriad of walking trails allow you to stroll wherever the wind and your spirit takes you. The main Ferry terminal linking to Downtown Auckland is a 3 minute taxi/bus ride away (or a 15 minute walk)
Beach comes complete with five kayaks (2 are sit-on doubles), lifejackets, outdoor furniture, BBQ and umbrellas. It is fully equipped with furniture, crockery, cutlery, glassware and linen (bring your own beach towels). There is a washing machine and clothes dryer and an outdoor shower to rinse off after being in the surf.
Two of the king beds can also be configured as twin singles if needed. Recently the property has been fully renovated.
The two upstairs bedrooms each have generous and comfortable lounge/reading areas with fabulous views of the beach - open the bi-fold windows and listen to the surf below you.
We have installed a 6kw heatpump to keep you cosy on cold nights and the large sunny deck is well equipped with outdoor furniture and BBQ.

The bifolding windows in the upstairs bedrooms were breathtaking! We would love to stay here in the future!”
